Finnish Rooftop Sauna

Warm up this winter and unwind in a one-of-a-kind Finnish sauna experience… in the heart of London?!

This year Helsinki honoured ‘sauna’ as its cultural act of the year and public saunas are the hottest trend sweeping Finland, drawing locals and tourists of all ages to meet with friends and family to relax.

Step into the specially designed Nordic sauna that sits on Queen Elizabeth Roof Terrace, and let a sauna expert demonstrate steaming stones and introduce you to an authentic experience. Reaching 90 degrees celsius inside, you can then cool down in the open air (or with cold water buckets if you’re feeling brave), all while enjoying exclusive views over the River Thames.

Queen Elizabeth Hall Roof Garden Bar is also open to serve you Prosecco, warming winter drinks and snacks. Visit this oasis in central London as Southbank Centre goes Nordic.

For more information, please see Southbank Centre's official website.
