    A ghoulish performance of Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax at The Old Vic

    There’ll be carved pumpkins, terrifyingly tasty treats at Penny bar and café and gruesome tricks galore at The Old Vic. Enjoy a Halloween take on the brilliant Dr Seuss – expect a brilliant riot of eye-popping colour, gorgeous puppetry and infectious music. There are spooky treats in store for grown-ups too – just say ‘trick or treat’ at the bar and get 20% off post-show drinks.

    Death-defying drinks at Dandelyan

    Dandelyan, the experimental cocktail bar at the Mondrian London (recently awarded World’s Best Cocktail Bar!) is collaborating with renowned Mexican bar Licoreria Limantour to create ‘Death Defying Drinks’ this Halloween.

    The partnership will continue to explore Dandelyan’s pursuit in the world of flavour, flora, and fauna, and in typical Mondrian fashion will be flying across the two top bartenders from Mexico City’s Licoreria Limantour (ranked 13 in The World’s Best Bars 2016) to bring some laid-back Latin vibes and unusual South American ingredients to London’s South Bank.

    Come try some ‘death-defying’ drinks that are fitting of All Hallow’s Eve’.

    Come face-to-face with the White Lady of Marriott County Hall

    The historic London Marriott Hotel at County Hall is going all out this Halloween with a selection of treats in store. This ancient building, which dates back to 1911, is full of spooky history and secrets, and the ideal place for some Halloween shenanigans.  

    Guests will be surprised with special Halloween cupcakes in all Premium Rooms bookings – and will be able to enjoy a limited edition White Lady cocktail at Gillray’s bar to start the night right. Find out more about the story of the White Lady on Girllray’s website (not for the faint-hearted!) The cocktail will be served from the 30th of October to the 5th November.     A Halloween double bill at BFI Southbank

    BFI kick things off in style for Halloween with William Friedkin’s cut of his masterful classic: The Exorcist. Often considered the most disturbing and scariest of all horror films to date, this version includes original unseen footage, making this cut the definitive version of one of the greatest horror movies ever made.

    Ride the Necropolis Railroad

    Are you ready to ride the death express? Its full steam a-dead as the ‘Home of Halloween’ (AKA The London Dungeon) invites you to experience the scariest journey of the 19th Century. It’s a one-way ticket for the dead and a restless ride for the living as they sit side-by-side on the London Necropolis Railway.

    It’s the 1850's and London’s cemeteries have become so overcrowded this new train line has one purpose… transport the dead out of London. Step aboard to experience the clickety-clack of the train… or is that bones from the coffins? For those who survive, you’ll also experience 1,000 years of London’s dark history with ample amounts of jumps and scares thrown in. This includes the stories of Jack the Ripper, the Great Fire of London and face the wrath of the torturer – the Home of Halloween delivering the ultimate scare this October!

    Haunted House of Vans

    Haunted House of Vans is back again this Halloween for a full-on day of kid friendly offerings and a wicked night of revelries (18+ only).

    Kick starting the day, the happy faced artists behind House of Vans upcoming eccentric new art show The Shrineing will host face painting & Halloween decoration workshops. Kids will be able to create their fave spooky character, make a creepy crawly, hang with spiders or get webby in the venue. Little ones will also be able to join in a biscuit baking workshop in House of Vans underground cafe The Wall SE1 and make some frighteningly good biscuits to sit and eat while watching one of the following holiday horrors in the House of Vans cinema:
